Calgreen Living Inc. is a one-stop residential design-build company. We are now hiring one Residential Construction Supervisor (NOC 72013) to join our team.

Job Description:

· Weekly Hours: 30

· Compensation: $38 per hour

Benefit:

· 10 days paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:

· Completion of secondary school is required.

· At least 3 years of experience in the related field are required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of carpenters engaged in constructing, renovating, and maintaining wood and other building material structures, as well as installing interior finishes in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

· Oversee cabinetmakers who build and repair custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products.

· Develop and implement work procedures to meet project deadlines and ensure coordination with other departments.

· Manage the requisition and procurement of materials and supplies as needed.

· Identify and resolve operational issues, recommending measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

· Provide on-the-job training or arrange external training programs to develop workers' skills.

· Advise on personnel decisions, including hiring, promotions, and other employment-related actions.

· Enforce workplace safety regulations to maintain compliance with established standards.

· Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and other required documentation.

· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of apprentices, helpers, and laborers in related roles.
